Escape from Halloween

Since we had no plans for getting dressed up this year and going about trick-or-treating, Julie and I decided to have a little weekend get-a-way in Marin. We left after work on Friday and drove up the coast to Stinson Beach. We knew the weather was going to be "bad" (rainy), but this is perfect and defining of us, as we always seem to go to popular places during the rain. We like it this way though because when the weather gets bad, everyone else stays in doors and we get everything to ourselves. Good boots are the key to having a good time.

Here's a quick little stop looking at San Francisco on Halloween as a cruise ship heads out to sea.

It's uh...kinda windy on this side of the ocean...and the zipper on my sweater is broken.

Miles and miles of potential condominium complexes, errr...nature.
